Criteria

1. Minimum of 4 clubs participate in the programme

2. Each Club has a minimum of 2 coaches dedicated to Junior coaching

3. Each club recruits 4 players under the age of 10 AND 4 players under the age of 12, for fast track coaching. (These, players should be the best within the club)

4. Players must be nominated by the 31^st March 2009

5. Each club will provide (2 x 1 hour) group training sessions per week, for the nominated players to attend – must be separate days

6. The nominated players will attend at least 50% FREE Regional Squad coaching sessions on the first Sunday of EVERY month to be held at Mannofield from 2.00pm – 4.00pm

7. These players will compete in the Regional Closed tournament to be held in September 2009.

8. Clubs will be judged on the progress of the players collectively throughout the year – (This may be more difficult to judge if the players do not attend the regional squad)

9. Coaches will be provided with Lesson Plan Support on request
